Its position on a high hill and its proximity to the sea (29km in a beeline) make Boccheggiano a cool place in summer and mild in winter. A peaceful and ideal place where to spend moments of relaxation in every season of the year.

The apartment that we offer for sale is spread over three levels and is composed as follows.

On the ground floor you enter in a very large living room of about 40 square meters, with a rustic-style floor and ceiling with exposed beams and terracotta tiles.
A big fireplace with a width of over two meters is the star of the living room. An item that certainly cannot be missing in a rustic house like this.
The living room leads to a small closet under the stairs, ideal for storing firewood and to the kitchenette which is located in a balcony with glass windows.

After the living room we find the double bedroom with an ancient terracotta floor and the ceiling with exposed beams, cleaned and sandblasted, which characterize the entire apartment.
After the room there are two steps that lead to a corridor and a staircase that goes down. From the corridor we reach another bedroom, while from the stairs we go down to the floor below. Here we find a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub, window and a laundry room.
On the same floor, but with an independent entrance from the street below, we find the marvellous cellar where it’s possible to admire the live rock on which the entire village rests and above which the ancient stones that have supported the building for at least 5 or 6 centuries have been laid does.
